Maintenance requests are minor updates that keep you from using the NHD for analysis or applications.

To request maintenance/corrections to the NHD, fill out the form below. Make sure you have the correct 4-digit subregions or 8-digit subbasins, and the correct ComIDs or Reachcodes for the features you would like the USGS to review. Incorrect numbers will not be reviewed.
